Each of us has memories and life experiences that have wounded us through the years. The hurts we experienced often cause lingering fear, anger, grief, guilt and depression which can weaken a person’s confidence and self esteem. Prayer for healing of painful memories seeks to uncover the wounds locked in one’s past which prevent a person from being more peaceful, free and happy.
This workshop explains how forgiveness is an important tool to bring peace of mind and heart to troubled souls. Forgiveness is an act of the will, not a feeling. When we choose to give unconditional forgiveness we allow God to bring closure to our troubled memories. The workshop includes a guided meditation using what is called faith imagination.
