Retreat Programs for the Season of Lent and Easter

Categories: Around the Retreat Center

Dear Retreatants and Friends,

The season of Lent is a time to reflect on our call to a personal conversion of heart and the renewal of life that Jesus invites us to experience. To assist us on our Lenten journey we are offering several Days of Reflection that will focus on the themes of Lent and our preparation for the celebration of Holy Week.

We are happy to announce that guest presenters for our Lenten programs are Bishop Mark Eckman, Auxiliary Bishop of Pittsburgh, Father Michael Ackerman, Pastor of Resurrection Parish, and Father Levi Hartle, Associate Pastor at Blessed Trinity Parish.

Days and Evenings of Reflection include conferences based upon the theme, personal time for prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, the opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, the celebration of the Eucharist, and lunch or dinner.

You may want to bring your Bible, a personal journal, and / or material for spiritual reading.

Following are the special programs that we will offer at the Retreat Center for Lent and for Divine Mercy Sunday. To register please call the Retreat Center at (412) 381-7676 or access our website at: stpaulsretreatcenter-pittsburgh.org

We look forward to your being with us for these programs.

With prayerful best wishes,
Fr. Gerald, C.P.
